Terms of Service

The service

FocusForge provides task tracking, habit tracking, focus analytics, and optional app-blocking tools that use Apple Screen Time and related device features. The service is provided as-is and may change over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure. You may delete your account in Settings.

Subscriptions and billing

FocusForge Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refund, and family-sharing eligibility are governed by Apple’s terms and your Apple ID settings.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel the subscription in Apple ID settings.

Deleting a FocusForge account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Use Apple’s subscription settings to cancel billing.

Screen Time features

Blocking requires Apple Family Controls/Screen Time authorization. Apple may restrict which apps, categories, device states, or system features can be managed. FocusForge cannot guarantee uninterrupted blocking because iOS controls the underlying shield behavior.

You are responsible for the apps and categories you select, strict-mode choices, temporary access, and any device-level settings that affect blocking.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate law or another person’s rights.

Health and productivity disclaimer

FocusForge is a productivity tool, not medical, mental-health, or addiction treatment. It does not guarantee changes in behavior, productivity, or wellbeing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FocusForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for losses caused by operating-system behavior, third-party services, device settings, unavailable networks, or unauthorized use.

Changes and contact
